Introduction
This is an action brought directly by Plaintiff Todd Yancey as an individual for conversion, breach of fiduciary duties, negligent misrepresentation, breach of agreement, fraud, corporate misconduct, unfair and unlawful business practices, and unjust enrichment, and other violations of the California Corporations Code arising out of Defendants’ unlawful pattern and practice of fraud, misrepresentation, misappropriation, and conversion of Plaintiff’s proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets (“Proprietary IP”), his Partnership Interest in the Investor Services Cloud Platform (“ISCP”), and the Partnership Buy-Out Agreement. Plaintiff seeks damages against Defendants in an amount to be proven at trial, plus pre-judgment interest and all other relief as allowed by law.
